| HeyCosmo applications are free for your use. This is not an introductory period or a limited time offer to hook you into using our apps. It is our business model to let you use HeyCosmo for free. | |

| HeyCosmo is supported by unobtrusive sponsored information. You can get comfortable working our apps into your daily routine without concern that we will suddenly blind-side you with fees. | |

| HeyCosmo is web-based and there is nothing to download or install on your computer. | |
| 7. | Is there a limit to the number of calls I can make with HeyCosmo? | |
| When you sign-up for your free login account you may use the free HeyCosmo applications all you want. There are limits to the number of simultaneous outbound calls that will be placed, but there are no limits on number of times you may use our apps. | |
| 8. | What do I do if I feel someone is using HeyCosmo apps to bother or annoy me? | |
| If you feel you are being harassed we encourage you to report it to us through our support email address (support@heycosmo.com). Please read our “Terms of Use?statement that is available by clicking that link at the bottom of each page on our website. | |
| 9. | How do I block or unblock calls coming to me? | |
| Click the Block/Unblock button on the HeyCosmo home page to manage whether or not you want to force a block to your phone number. By placing a block on your number you will not be receiving calls from anyone using our HeyCosmo app. | |

| 1. | What is HeyCosmo Blaster? | |
| HeyCosmo Blaster is voice sms for groups. Let's say you plan to have a group event with 10 of your friends to celebrate your friend’s birthday. You want to know which location your friends would like to meet at. You can setup a "blast" to all your friends with your options that ask for their input. Blaster then calls each one of your friends, reads your text and offers suggestions. Your friends make their selection and you monitor their replies in real-time. Now you can know who wants to do what, and make a decision nearly instantly. No more back and forth phone tag. | |
| 2. | Why would I use HeyCosmo Blaster? | |
| HeyCosmo Blaster gives you the flexibility to call as many friends as you need and “poll?them for their input. This robo-call style app is free and easy to use. | |
| 3. | I missed a HeyCosmo Blaster call that came to me; how do I hear the message? | |
| HeyCosmo teams are working on giving you the ability to recover missed calls. At this time you cannot retrieve calls from your friends that you miss. | |
| 4. | How do I find out who sent me the Blaster call? | |
| When you first receive the HeyCosmo Blaster call, the user name is announced. You will also see the number they set for caller ID. Beyond this we cannot provide additional information about the user. | |

| HeyCosmo Concierge is an automated application that helps you by contacting multiple vendors and providers of services to find what you need in your area. Rather than searching through multiple sources and having to call each number yourself, HeyCosmo Concierge does it for you and delivers the results. | |
| 2. | Why would I use HeyCosmo Concierge? | |
| HeyCosmo Concierge saves you time by doing the work for you. You are taken through these simple steps that search, call, and query multiple vendors and providers of services so you don't need to waste time. You will not receive a sales pitch until you contact them directly. | |
| 3. | How is HeyCosmo Concierge faster than using the Yellow Pages or doing an online search? | |
| HeyCosmo Concierge uses the same types of information that you would have used that makes it less confusing and more time efficient. All of the potential calls that you would have been inundated with are taken to task by HeyCosmo Concierge | |
| 4. | I am a business owner and received a call from a potential customer through HeyCosmo Concierge, but didn’t get a confirmation call from the customer even though I selected the best option for the service. Why didn’t the customer call me to confirm | |
| The responses that you may hear can be varying according to the text the customer types for each option. For example, his or her example can be "Sure, I will call you right now." or it can be "Thank you for your response, I will call you at the most appropriate time". The customer may be contacting many businesses at the same time, and each may be vying for that customer’s business. After your response to the option in the telephone call, the customer is given a list of the businesses responding, along with additional information that may assist them in choosing which vendor(s) to call. Additional information may include a rating, or by default, the physical distance from the customer’s location to the business. To understand this better it is recommended that you try HeyCosmo Concierge the next time you need a service or vendor. That way you will see what your potential customers are experiencing. | |
| 5. | If I am a vendor or merchant and have received a HeyCosmo Concierge call, how can I find the person who initiated the search? | |
| As a recipient of a HeyCosmo Concierge call you do not have access to personal information of the initiator of the call. If you feel illegal activity has occurred you will need to contact HeyCosmo.com. Issues regarding terms of use and privacy policy can be accessed from the HeyCosmo website. | |
| 6. | I am a vendor or merchant, but I don't want to have HeyCosmo Concierge call my number. How do I stop that call? | |
| Users of HeyCosmo Concierge are calling you for possible business. If you feel that you do not want to be called by HeyCosmo Concierge users you can go to HeyCosmo.com and click the block/unblock calls button at the top of the page. This will keep users of HeyCosmo Concierge from finding your service or product. | |
| 7. | How interested, really, are the people who use HeyCosmo Concierge, in using my services or buying my product? | |
| The users of HeyCosmo Concierge are calling you because you are in a specific area and offer a service or product that they are looking for. By calling you and similar businesses, your possible customers are getting information that will help them decide whether or not to call you back. Every day HeyCosmo Concierge users are sending us their new success stories at applying Concierge. | |
| 8. | If I feel that I am being abused by unidentified users of HeyCosmo Concierge what can I do? | |
| If you feel that a user of HeyCosmo Concierge is using the Concierge application to harass or disrupt your business, please contact HeyCosmo.com and report the time and date of the call. HeyCosmo appreciates the goodwill of our users and the businesses our users contact. | |
| 9. | Can I include my business or service in the database that HeyCosmo Concierge uses so my future customers can find me? | |
| At this time HeyCosmo does not register businesses to a specific database for inclusion in HeyCosmo Concierge calls. If your business is registered through local Yellow Pages and online phone directories you should be accessible to HeyCosmo Concierge users. | |

| 1. | How do I get the name or phone number of someone who called me? | |
| We do not give the names or phone numbers of our users. Depending on the app you will probably have an idea which friend is sending you a message. If you feel there is a concern regarding an inappropriate call, please report the call and the time you received the call to our support email (support@heycosmo.com). | |
| 2. | How do I use HeyCosmo on the Blackberry? | |
| Our applications are currently being enabled for use on the Blackberry and other “smart?devices and phones (including and iPhone and and RIM devices). More information will be available when these applications are available. | |
| 3. | What applications are available for the mobile phone? | |
| Our HeyCosmo applications are currently being converted for mobile and “smart?phone. There will be more information available as these become available. | |
| 4. | What apps are available through HeyCosmo? | |
| In September, 2008 we launched HeyCosmo Concierge and Blaster. These apps were very well received at the DEMOFall 08 event in San Diego, CA. In addition, we offer HeyCosmo Prankster and TelEmoticon which are both available free to use through Facebook. | |
