and its directly associated domains, widgets, and applications offered via third-party
social networking and other web sites (collectively, "HeyCosmo Applications" or

what information of yours will be collected by HeyCosmo and how such information
will be used. By using or accessing HeyCosmo, you are accepting the practices described

to ensure that you do not see the same advertisement repeatedly, and to store your

age, occupation, location, and marital status); 3. Profile Data (such as your Member
name, social networking feeds, interests, and content shared by you to heycosmo.com
such as photographs, video, audio files, contents of your messages, and telephone
numbers and friends lists, which may also contain your personal information and
likeness. If you communicate with us by e-mail, use any of the heycosmo.com communication
tools such as instant messaging, voice messaging, and video chat, or post messages
to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online
forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication
may be collected as Personal Information.
- Use and Sharing of Information
(a) Company Use of Information. We use Contact Data to send you information about
our Company or our products or services, or promotional material from our partners

automated invitation system. The Website stores the email addresses and telephone
numbers that Members provide so that the respondents may be added to the "friend's
list" of the Member sending the invitations. Recipients of invitations from the
Website may contact us to request the removal of their information from our database.
(e) Your Communications on HeyCosmo. You may use HeyCosmo to initiate or receive
phone calls, emails, IM, and text or SMS messages which are partially or fully handled
via HeyCosmo or messaging partners. Any information which you may communicate during
such interactions, including any personal information, may be handled and/or viewed
by HeyCosmo or messaging partners and shall not be deemed private. HeyCosmo cannot
guarantee the security of information that you disclose or communicate in such phone
calls and you do so at your own risk. HeyCosmo discloses your telephone number to
its telecommunications or messaging partners in order to provide the Service. You
are responsible for all calls and messages initiated by you and/or through your
account with HeyCosmo.
We may permit third party advertisers to sponsor certain features of HeyCosmo, such
as voice messaging and text messaging. When a third party sponsors a HeyCosmo feature,
advertisements for or by that sponsor may appear in connection with your communications
over the Service that uses that feature.
HeyCosmo automatically creates archives of your messages and your call history on
the Service. To the extent not otherwise required by law, we will purge your messaging
and call archives after a reasonable period of time.
(f) Other Uses of Data. We reserve the right to disclose Traffic Data and your Personal
Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary
to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena,
or legal process served on our Company. We also reserve the right to cooperate with
law enforcement investigations by providing Traffic Data and Personal Information
to law enforcement officials without requiring a subpoena or court order in certain
situations.
(g) User Choice Regarding Collection, Use, and Distribution of Personal Information.
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event,
you will not be able to complete our Membership registration, or access or use those
portions of the Website that require your Personal Information. If you do not wish
